Practice Areas
Employment Relations

Lynn is a partner and a founder and the Vice-President/Secretary of the firm. Lynn heads the employment relations practice of Ross, Brittain & Schonberg. She has spent her entire legal career in the employment relations area and has been certified as a specialist by the Ohio State Bar Association in the practice of Labor and Employment law.  Lynn has tried numerous cases in state and federal court as well as in the various administrative agencies. She takes pride in her ability to aggressively and skillfully defend management in all areas of employment law.  Lynn has also been selected as an Ohio “Super Lawyer” by her fellow lawyers.

Lynn makes herself readily available to advise clients on day-to-day employment practices which limit and/or prevent liability in employment-related litigation. She also aids clients in preparing personnel policies, manuals, employment applications and various other human resource tools. As part of her practice, Lynn actively develops and presents educational seminars on various employment relations issues, including but not limited to sexual harassment, the Family and Medical Leave Act and the Americans With Disabilities Act.

Prior to joining the Firm, Lynn served as a law clerk in the United States District Court in the Northern District of Ohio from 1982 until 1985. Since then, Lynn has devoted her career to exclusively defending management in the employment relations area.
