RBS and COSE Embark Upon New Relationship

Effective July 8, 2010, RBS will become COSE’s new workers’ compensation legal partner. Under this new relationship, RBS will represent the interests of participating COSE members in their claims before the Industrial Commission of Ohio (IC), court-related workers’ compensation matters and alleged violations of specific safety requirements (VSSR).

RBS is uniquely suited to become COSE’s new partner in its workers’ compensation program. Since our inception in 1991, we have solely focused on the workers’ compensation, labor and employment needs of small businesses in and around the Northern Ohio region. Multiple attorneys on our staff have earned the Specialist designations from the Ohio State Bar Association in the areas of both Workers’ Compensation and Labor and Employment Law. Our attorneys work together to ensure that all of our clients’ needs and interests in their workers’ compensation, labor and employment areas are fully integrated and therefore satisfied.

RBS also provides comprehensive representation in the labor and employment law areas. Our workers’ compensation attorneys work closely with our labor and employment law attorneys to ensure that our clients treat all of their employees in conformance with the ever increasing and complex Ohio and federal laws and regulations. In addition to providing guidance to prevent legal issues from arising, our attorneys also represent our clients before all federal, state and administrative agencies in all labor and employment disputes.

The approach we have undertaken to solely represent the interests of small businesses in the areas of workers’ compensation, labor and employment law has earned RBS the joint designation of “Workers’ Compensation Preeminent Firm” and “Labor and Employment Firm” from the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register. We are excited to begin working with COSE’s participating members and can assure all of you that your interests will be fully met and protected.
