By Ryan T. Neumeyer In an effort to keep you updated on the latest information regarding the COBRA subsidy, below is a link to the Department of Labor’s Model Notices. Please be advised that said notices regarding the special election period must be sent to Assistance Eligible Individuals who experienced a qualifying event from September 1, 2008 to February 16, 2009 by April 18, 2009. If you have sent COBRA notices without the subsidy information since February 16, 2009, you should send another general notice containing such information.
