New Model Cobra Notices Issued by the Department of Labor

COBRA SUBSIDY NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR INDIVIDUALS INVOLUNTARILY TERMINATED AFTER MAY 31, 2010

On July 14, 2010, The United States Department of Labor issued new model COBRA notices for those individuals who were eligible for COBRA benefits following May 31, 2010.  The notices revert back to the pre-subsidy notices.  Below are links to the revised notices and to a statement from the Department of Labor regarding the notices.  Should you have any questions do not hesitate to contact Ryan Neumeyer at 216-447-1551.
