One aspect of our practice consists of labor-related representation. We vigorously defend our clients in labor-related litigation before federal courts, state courts, the National Labor Relations Board and other administrative agencies. We strive to prevent labor disputes, minimize risks in litigation, and avoid costly violations of the laws relating to labor relations, wages, hours and working conditions.

We are instrumental in both dispute resolution and the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements for our clients. In addition, we play an integral role in counseling our clients on techniques for avoiding unionization, terminating current union relationships, and dealing with job-site picketing activity.
