A second portion of our practice includes the representation of our clients in all aspects of employment relations law. Particularly, we aggressively defend management in all types of discrimination and harassment claims, wrongful discharge lawsuits and unemployment compensation hearings, as well as advise clients covering FMLA, ADA and OSHA-related matters.

We actively advise clients on maintaining sound, day-to-day employment practices which aid in curtailing employment-related litigation. In particular, we work with our clients in developing practical and legal personnel policies and manuals. We also provide informative seminars on regulation compliance, litigation prevention and educating management on discriminatory and illegal practices in the workplace.
