PART ONE:
FMLA, Workers Compensation and the ADA: Getting lost in the Bermuda triangle of employment law

Even the most savvy HR professional can easily get lost in the web of these often conflicting laws. This session will highlight the most common areas for concern and discuss the latest developments in all of the various laws governing leaves of absence.

PART TWO:
The FLSA: Working overtime to comply with the wage and hour laws
Presenter:  Lynn Schonberg, Ross, Brittain & Schonberg Co., LPA
This session will focus on the most commonly misunderstood sections of this law, including determining whether an employee is properly exempt from overtime laws, when salaried employees can have deductions from their pay, properly calculating the effect of bonuses on overtime pay and much more.
