Beginning January 16, 2009 the revised regulations to the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 will be implemented. These are the first revisions to the regulations since they were issued in April, 1995. The new regulations change some of the former interpretations and clarify several provisions. In addition, we will review the new Servicemember Leave provisions and the several new forms that will go into effect next month.
This session is for all employers who employ 50 or more employees or will employ 50 or more employees in the next 12 months. |
