Michael J. Spisak Senior Attorney

Mike’s practice focuses on representing employers in workers’ compensation and employment litigation. While still in law school Mike worked as a hearing representative for a Third-Party Administrator. In that position he gained valuable insight into the issues that are important to clients with respect to managing their workforce. Throughout his career, Mike has defended employers at over 15,000 workers’ compensation hearings, successfully arguing cases at every Industrial Commission office in Ohio. Mike has extensive experience defending employers in VSSR and employment litigation and has successfully represented clients at jury trials and in various courts of appeals. Mike has over 30 years of experience in the field of workers’ compensation and is passionate about making sure that his clients receive the zealous representation they deserve.

Mike and his wife live in Brunswick Hills. He enjoys golf, travel, and rooting for the Cleveland Browns and The Ohio State Buckeyes. Mike is also a very active Freemason and Shriner, and he volunteers much of his time raising money and awareness for the Shriner’s Hospitals for Children.
