Kimberly S. Basta Associate

Kim is an associate whose practice is focused in the area of labor and employment, representing employers in state and federal court, as well as various administrative agencies. She also assists employers in preparing handbooks and policies compliant with state and federal regulations. Kim has experience preparing and prosecuting mechanic’s liens and bond claims for the Firm’s construction clients.

Kim received her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Akron and graduated from the University of Akron School of Law in 1998.

Kim was born and raised in Northeast Ohio, and currently resides in Hudson with her children. She is a former ballerina who enjoys participating in a variety of dance classes.
